Tucked away next to the enchanting Castle of Mey, the Granary Lodge Bed & Breakfast felt like a slice of heaven during my recent holiday. From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel right at home-Evelyn even opened the back gate for us when we got a bit turned around! Our spacious room was a dream, boasting a massive walk-in shower and a bathtub that would make any travel blogger swoon. But it was the communal areas that really stole my heart; the inviting lounge was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring, with a fireplace crackling away and the decor setting the mood just right. Breakfast was a highlight too-with delicious continental options and a welcoming dining room that made us feel like we were indulging in a lavish family meal. Trust me, if you're keen for a peaceful getaway with stunning views and exceptional hospitality, this place is not to be missed!
